By registering and using the services of shibuyamarket.com, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the services of shibuyamarket.com.

General Terms

- All services purchased from shibuyamarket.com will be invoiced in your name.

- The default minimum payment amount is 20TL.

- shibuyamarket.com reserves the right to change service prices at any time without prior notice. The payment/refund policy remains unchanged.

- shibuyamarket.com does not guarantee delivery times for any service. The start times specified in the services are our best estimates.

- Only 1 order can be placed for the same link at the same time; entering 2 orders simultaneously may result in incomplete deliveries, for which shibuyamarket.com is not responsible.

- shibuyamarket.com does not accept responsibility for suspension or closure of accounts for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or any other service it provides.

- We may send informative messages about our system to all members via email and mobile phone, subject to not being too frequent. By becoming a member, you grant us the right to contact you.

- The limit given to each service is per account. An account that benefits from a service with a maximum limit of 3k cannot withdraw 4k.

- The fees listed are for 1,000 (1K) units.

- shibuyamarket.com reserves the right to send messages to the phone number of every user registered in the system at any time.

Service Terms

- shibuyamarket.com is only intended to assist in increasing "Engagement" for Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or any other Social Media account.

- shibuyamarket.com does not guarantee new followers or engagement; it only guarantees the amount paid for.

- We strive to convert all bot accounts into real-looking ones, but we do not guarantee that our accounts will be 100% profiled, bio-ed, and shared.

- Responsibility lies with the user for transactions made with private accounts. Please ensure that the account is public before ordering.

Refund Policy

- Payments made are non-refundable and must be used within shibuyamarket.com services.

- We cannot predict when Instagram/Twitter/Facebook etc. services may update; refunds cannot be made unless the service provider compensates for any drop.

- Once orders are entered into the system, cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted. If the order is not completed/partly completed, the system will automatically refund.

- shibuyamarket.com reserves the right to suspend members in case of any chargeback or withdrawal of payment.

- Unauthorized transactions or stolen credit cards will result in the immediate closure of the member account.

Privacy Policy

- This policy covers how we use your personal information. Your privacy is important to us, and we take all necessary measures to protect it.

- All information entered into the system is stored on encrypted and secure servers.

- Your information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. shibuyamarket.com reserves the right to change the Terms of Service without notification.
